Mr. Oswago is a start-up personality; an entrepreneurial, ambitious, systematic, quick learner, structured thinker, task-oriented, and flexible with a proven track record of impeccable diligence and thorough details worker having served as Personal Assistant to a cabinet minister, area MP and now is the current assistant to Homa Bay Senator. The experience has molded Mr. Oswago to muster the ability to take up new challenges and responsibilities as well as to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. His networking skills and social interactiveness is the key advantage he brings to LREN in the organization’s aspirations to mobilize and prioritize the alleviation of the locals’ social status and empowerment. A graduate of Social Work and Community Development, Mr. Oswago’s professional background is the most ideal in the organization’s aim to work with the local communities on matters intimate to them and those that greatly affect their daily social lives.
